Nadia Kayla Malifa, the passionate and dedicated Women’s Manager, has embarked on an exciting journey to the picturesque islands of Fiji to partake in the second phase of her B-Licence training.
This follows her successful completion of the first segment, which took place earlier this May in Wellington, where she showcased her commitment to advancing her coaching skills.
In preparation for this next stage, Nadia has been diligently working on a series of comprehensive assessments that she must submit, demonstrating her thoroughness and dedication to her professional development. Notably, she has also completed her OFC Licensed Coach Educator certification in June this year, further enhancing her credentials and expertise in the field.
Setting off from Samoa on an early Sunday morning, Nadia is fueled by her ambition and determination to not only complete this training but to earn her coveted B-Licence. Her hard work has already earned her a C-Licence, which she actively utilizes as she teaches a variety of teams, reflecting her unwavering commitment to the growth and development of women’s sports.
As the Manager of the Women’s department, Nadia plays a pivotal role in not just overseeing the administration and organization of various teams but also in contributing significantly to the technical aspects of the sport. Her multifaceted contributions highlight her passion for fostering an environment where female athletes can thrive and succeed.
