TENDER EXTENSION
The Football Federation Samoa (FFS), in collaboration with Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Government of Samoa (GoS) invited tenders for the following works at the Apia Park:
Lot 1: Civil works for construction of football pitches, driveways, car parking and fence
Lot 2: Refurbishment of existing Gymnasium together with the construction of a new office building
We wish to inform the tenderers that an extension for a further two weeks has been granted for the submission of tenders. To that effect, information for the pre-bid meetings and site visits are as follows:
Lot 1 – Civil Works
The pre-bid meeting and site visit were completed on Wednesday, 20th October 2020. Any company which registered their interest but did not attend can make arrangements with FFS for a pre-bid meeting and site visit. Refer contact below.
Lot 2 – Building Works
Date: 10.00am, Wednesday 28th October, 2020
Location: FFS Office Tuanaimato (pre-bid meeting) Apia Park (site visit)
The submission of tenders is now extended for a further two weeks. Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marking the Lot of Work tendered for, must reach the FFS Office at Tuana’imato by the following dates and times:
Lot 1: Civil Works – 4pm, Wednesday 11th November 2020
Lot 2: Building Works – 4pm, Wednesday 18th November 2020
Electronic tendering is not permitted and late tenders will be rejected.
All information provided for preparations will be at the tenderer’s expense.
The FFS has the right to reject any tender.
