INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The Football Federation of Samoa (FFS), in collaboration with Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the
Government of Samoa (GoS) wishes to invite tenders for the following works at the Apia Park:
Lot 1: Civil works for construction of football pitches, driveways, car parking and fence
Lot 2: Refurbishment of existing Gymnasium together with the construction of a new office building
Interested Companies are required to register their interest at the FFS Office at Tuanaimato in order to receive the link to the Tender
Documents.
The following conditions apply:
For Civil Works, the contractor must be registered as A grade with the Land Transport Authority (LTA);
For the Building Works, the contractor must be registered as A grade with the Ministry of Works, Transport and Infrastructure’s
(MWTI);
Contractors must have had a turnover of at least 3 million tala in total for the specific works tendered for in each of the past three years;
Contractors must have access to a credit facility of 1 million tala. The pre-bid meetings and site visits will take place at the following dates, times and places:
Lot 1 – Civil Works
Date: 10.00am, Tuesday 20th October, 2020
Location: FFS Office Tuanaimato (pre-bid meeting) Apia Park (site visit)
Lot 2 – Building Works
Date: 10.00am, Wednesday 21st October, 2020
Location: FFS Office Tuanaimato (pre-bid meeting) Apia Park (site visit)
Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked the Lot of Work tendered for, must reach the FFS Office at Tuana’imato by the following dates
and times:
Lot 1: Civil Works 4pm, Wednesday 28th October 2020
Lot 2: Building Works 4pm, Wednesday 4th November 2020
Electronic tendering is not permitted and late tenders will be rejected.
All information submitted for preparations of tender will be at the tenderer’s expense.
The FFS has the right to accept or reject any tender.
