Football Federation Samoa hosted Prize Giving on Saturday 16th September at its premises to conclude the annual Youth League tournament which started in April of this year. The annual youth league tournament cater for three divisions includes an under 9 mix, under 14 boys and girls, and u17 boys and girls. Youth league is seen as placement to develop young footballers. More than twenty teams registered in this tournament with FFS hoping to increase the number annually. Prize giving started with an opening prayer by Rev Muao Fagasua Su’a of the CCCS Vaitele Uta as Asiata Palota Asiata delivered the keynote address. Prize recipients

Under 9 Mix: all 13 teams received equal prize money of $300.00
Under 14 Boys
4th place: Lepea FC – $200.00
3rd place: Sogi SC – $300.00
